principals. Our transparent accounting systems enable our principals to obtain an update on
their accounts whenever needed. Monthly statements are also generated which enables our
principals to track their funds. Besides the normal operational reports, we also provide our
Principals with detailed line up of vessels of their interest in this region which enables them
to plan their vessel movements more effectively.
Our Sales and Marketing Department has access to a huge database of customers from our in house
Shipping Management System (AFSYS). Trained professionals with knowledge and experience of
marketing of Liner, Break Bulk & Project Cargo Services carry out the tasks of sales promotion,
marketing, competition analysis, strategic business development, etc in line with the set
procedures as per the company policy and ISO Manual. The Sales Team is supported by a full
fledged Customer Service department who function in unison to ensure that customer enjoy
uninterrupted and smooth service at all levels.
